Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch speaker (spoken and written)
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
Detail-oriented, patient, and resilient under pressure
Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential to increase hours
Willing to work occasional weekend shifts as the project evolves
Available to work on-site at our Curaçao location
