- Be the point of contact between the company and the client
- Develop growth Strategies for each segment of business in the company books
- Ensure our market share is always ahead of the competition
- Seek to know your customer ( KYC)
- Build strong client relationships with existing clients and foster good relations at all times
- Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly reports with the Commercial Manager
- Advise and keep management updated on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and trends to keep developing new strategies
- Continuously meet the set monthly and annual sales targets
- Solve all problems arising with the client and keep the management informed of your actions
- Keep a track record of all your client activities, celebrations, and events and liaise with the Commercial Manager on how they can be supported.
- Develop an organizational culture that fosters growth and cohesion among the team.

About this role

This Sales Manager position presents an exciting opportunity to take up a leadership role in our company. You will be required to use your Sales & Marketing experience to use your experience in Client Acquisition, Retention, and Relationship Building for optimal results. You must head all sales activities in the island of Curacao, managing existing client accounts and developing new business monthly. You will play a crucial role in the success of our business by ensuring key KPIs are met on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • A college Diploma or Degree in any Business Related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in active selling

  • Demonstrate a passion for selling

  • A self-starter and self-propelled individual

  • A confident person who fosters deeper and long-lasting relationships with clients

  • Strong Communication Skills, Organized and unafraid of hard work

  • Visionary, strategy skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
