About the project

You will work on behalf of our Principal, playing a crucial role in the growth of the Principal business. Subsequently, our business by ensuring the instructions received by each Principal regarding their products and target customers, their sales targets, and reporting instructions are adhered to.
You will play an essential role in ensuring that the Principal is happy and content with our services by delivering the set KPIs for this role.

Job Responsibilities
- To manage current customer accounts by identifying and meeting the key contact persons for each account
- Analyzing each account's potential and ensuring full conversion of potential into sales figures
- Keeping a record of daily sales activities
- Keeping an up-to-date record of each customer contact, both phone and email
- Swiftly solving any problem that may arise in the process of managing sales
- To report to your Next Level Manager ( NLM) any difficulties being experienced either with a customer, principal, or within the process of selling that you are unable to solve
- Delivering weekly sales updates and a detailed monthly report to your NLM and the Principal
- And any other duty as may be assigned by management.
